Recipe - Iced Caramel Mocha
In a saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup instant coffee, 1/4 cup (Davinci) caramel syrup and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Let this mixture cool, then chill. When coffee mixture is chilled, mix it with 1 gallon cold milk. Serve with ice if desired.
Note: This keeps in refrigerator for quite a while without the milk. Can be served with just enough milk per serving as desired.
The Davinci caramel syrup can usually be found in the coffee aisle at the supermarket. You can use any regular caramel syrup, but it doesn't taste nearly as good.
