6  plum tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 hot pepper, chopped
1 peach, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp parsley leaves
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp basil
1/8 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp seasoning salt
Dash of black pepper

Put chopped vegetables and peaches in a bowl and add all the spices and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve with tortilla chips.
