Crockpot Chocolate Mud Cake
3/4 c butter
2/3 c semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/3 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c milk
6 T cocoa
2 T vanilla
2 egg yolks
2 c flour
4 tsp baking powder
2/3 c sugar
2/3 c brown sugar
2/3 c cocoa
3 c hot water
Melt the butter and chocolate chips in the microwave together. Whisk the next 6 ingredients into the chocolate. Mix the flour and baking powder. Add to the chocolate mixture. Pour into a crockpot. Whisk 2/3 c. sugar, brown sugar, cocoa and hot water together. Pour over the batter. Cover the crockpot and bake on high for 2 1/2 hours. Do not lift the lid. Turn off, uncover and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
