Cauliflower Broccoli Salad

 

1 head cauliflower
1 head broccoli

1 1/2 cup uncooked peas

1/2 redonion

1/4 lb Bacon

Raisins/Cranberries (your choice)

Dressing:

1/4 c. milk

2 c. mayonnaise

1/2 c. sugar

1/3 c. parmesan cheese

Dice or Shred the broccoli and cauliflower to desired size.

Add peas, onions and fried, crumbled bacon and raisins/cranberries.

Mix dressing, add to vegetables and mix thoroughly.

Allow salad to set for at least an hour, refrigerated before serving. This allows flavors to absorb.
