1 gallon milk
2 TBSP plain gelatin
½ cup cold water
4 TBSP plain yogurt
1 ½ cup white sugar
Heat milk to 190 degrees. While heating the milk, dissolve the gelatin in the cold water. Add this to the hot milk then cool the milk to 140 degrees. Add yogurt and sugar. Beat well. Cover and put into the oven with the pilot light on overnight or set it somewhere warm for about 8 hours. Beat until smooth.
At this point you can add any pie fillings if you wish. Chill. This is very good plain with fresh fruit and granola!
