Fruity Chicken Salad Recipe
1 C Mayo
1/2 C Sour Cream
1 T Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
pinch of each of the following: dry mustard, paprika, celery salt, black pepper, and onion salt.
4 C cubed, cooked chicken
1 C diced celery
1 C grapes, halved
1 C sliced almonds
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, salt, mustard, and seasonings. Add remaining ingredients, tossing to mix. Serve on croissants. Serves 10.
