Description
Marinade (for 1lb chicken)
1 C. water
1/3 C. teriyaki sauce
2 T lime juice
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp tequila (optional)
Dressing
1/4 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. sour cream
1 T milk
2 tsp minced tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp jalapeno peppers, minced
1 tsp onion, minced
1/4 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1/8 tsp dried dill
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp salt
dash of pepper
Marinade chicken for 3- 4 hours. Grill chicken. Mix dressing ingredients and pour on top of grilled chicken. Top with shredded cheese. Put in oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Yield: 5 Servings
