Graham Streusel Cake
2 c. graham crackers, crushed

3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 t. cinnamon
3/4 c. melted butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. Vegetable oil
3 eggs

Glaze:
1 c. Powdered sugar
1T. Water

Mix together first 5 ingredients and set aside.
Mix together last 4 ingredients.
Pour about half of cake batter into greased and floured 9×13” pan.

Sprinkle with 2 c. of crumb mixture, pour the remaining batter onto the top.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Cool. Drizzle with glaze.
Serves 24.
