1 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
¾ cup cooking oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
5 cups flour
1 tsp cream of tarter
Mix and roll into balls. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet. Do not overbake. Frost as desired.
